To be committed to God...

The Bible teaches us that we are to be committed to God and that He will be committed to us.  That we are to love Him because He first loved us.    Now, the question is;  If we are not committed to God, why should we expect Him to save our country?  Is that not expected commettment regardless how we treat God's love for us?  Continue to pray for our country and be committed to God and to the ministry that He allows to be a part of for His glory and honor.

Thinking about forgiveness

I have heard a couple of messages lately about forgiveness and humility.  Was just wondering if anybody else was listening.  Whole wad of stuff happening in our area and even through it all where does the forgiveness start.  I know that people might have been really dissapointed and even hurt pretty bad in some cases but, there has to be a point where, through the humility that is taught in the Bible that is a very basic part of our salvation, forgiveness has got to begin.  Without forgiveness, can there be true humility?   How can real healing ever start.  Just was thinking about that.  How about you?
